Hello everyone. Have you had a good satisfying day? I’ve had a brilliant day. Today was the monthly volunteer day for my favourite charity. My creative friend Sandra and I had a good old sort out. There’s nothing more satisfying than sorting thru and making sense of things enabling us to draw up a plan of action. I must admit I feel a little drained this evening but it’s a good kind of drained because we got so much accomplished. Here’s a shot of Sandra doling out Win’s challenge for this month.
Today’s post is a little thin. And that’s because I have been otherwise occupied today; but I’ll leave you with a couple of photos of the content of my squishy parcel from yesterday.
You might remember that I put out an SOS for this fabric a couple of weeks ago. And the lovely Angela of Patchwork Corner put her hand up and said she had. So I phoned her and placed an order. This selection is from Lewis & Irene’s Honey Meadow collection. I love this fabric and I’m going to make something for me with it.
So for this evening, this very happy longarm quilter will be hand piecing another block. I hope you have a super cosy evening doing something that makes you happy. Until you read me again,
Happy stitching. ♥ ♥
