It’s been another busy day in happy longarm quilter land. I kicked off my day with a trip to the hairdresser. I feel so much better after a trim. I keep my hair short but that means I have to visit the hairdresser quite often. This month I chose to change the shape of my do a wee bit.
I spent the rest of my day in my sewing room doing some longarm quilting. I added a few extra stitches to this lovely charity quilt …..
I love this time of year. I love the crunchy colourful leaves blowing around and I love the new season apples. I popped into the supermarket this morning just to get some milk to see us thru the week and found some McIntosh apples. I used to eat McIntosh apples back home in Montreal. So I purchased a few and they taste just like they did when I was young.
The days are getting shorter and the nights are getting longer. I have started wearing my boots to keep my feet warm. And my gloves are ready just in case the temperature plummets. The weatherman has promised that the tail end Ex-Hurricane Gonzalo is heading our way. So we’re expecting noisy strong winds and rain coming our way sometime over the next 25 hours or so. I’m not looking forward to that.
So for this evening, this very happy longarm quilter will be doing some stitchery work. I hope you have a super cosy evening doing something that makes you happy. Until you read me again,
Happy stitching. ♥ ♥
