Hello my lovelies. I hope you all had a fabulous day. There’s been a lot of stuff quietly brewing in the background in happy longarm quilter land. New exciting projects in the planning and I’ve even been asked to write another article. So watch this space.
I didn’t do any sewing so far today due to personal commitments but I have been dreaming about starting a new project. I started gathering up tools and retrieved the selected fabrics for said project.
I hope to have a chance to start cutting the shapes this weekend. I am currently working on a wee double wedding ring quilt just so I can experience working on one.
There wasn’t much sunshine in my little corner of the northeast of England today but I not giving up hope that we’re going to have a bright, sunny and warm Easter break next week. The daffodils are popping up here and there and this always gives me hope that the fresh beauty of spring is just around the corner even though the early mornings are filled with fog and drizzle.
So for this evening, this very happy longarm quilter will be hand piecing some double wedding ring arcs. I hope you have a super cosy evening doing something you truly enjoy. Until you read me again,
Happy stitching ♥ ♥
